Inventory transcription is the process of converting audio recordings made during property inspections into detailed written inventory reports. How it works: 1.) Independent inventory clerks carry out property inspections and verbally record observations using dictaphones or voice recorders. 2.) These recordings capture details of fixtures, fittings, condition, damages, and notable features. 3.) Our trained transcription team listens to the recordings and accurately converts them into professional written reports. 4.) The final documents are formatted, checked for clarity, and delivered ready for use by letting agents, landlords, or property managers. 5.) The result is a clear, consistent, and defensible record of the property’s condition at a specific point in time. Per-Report Pricing Structure I). Standard Inventory Report (£25 per report) Includes: 1. Up to 25 minutes of audio 2. 1 property 3. Clear formatting & structured sections 4. Standard turnaround (48–72 hours) II). Extended Inventory Report (£35 per report) Includes: 1. 26–45 minutes of audio 2. Larger properties or highly detailed inspections 3. Standard turnaround (48–72 hours) III). Complex / Multi-Unit Report (£45 per report) Includes: 1. Multiple units in one recording 2. Commercial or HMO properties 3. Heavily detailed inspections Final price confirmed once audio is reviewed. Note: Pricing is based on a standard inventory recording of up to 25 minutes. Recordings exceeding this length, containing multiple properties, or requiring additional formatting may be charged at an adjusted rate. Clients will be notified before work begins.
